1. What is the focus of BTCertiCentre certifications?

The focus is on international professional certifications in Business Transformation and Digital Transformation aimed at recognition of knowledge at a tactical and strategic level for organizations.

2.Where are the exams performed?

The exams are performed on the BTCertiCentre’s own platform and can be taken from anywhere at any time.

3.What is Proctor?

It is a way of ensuring that there is no external interference not recommended at the time of the exam. BTCertiCentre works with access to the computer’s camera taking photos of the candidate at intervals of 5 minutes.  

Therefore, when purchasing the exam, the customer must give express authorization for the Proctor to be used. 

This is important to give credibility to the certification you intend to obtain.

4. How are the exams built?

The exams are built after a thorough study of trends in the Business Transformation area and are prepared by specialists with experience in the subjects and also with the involvement of academics from around the world. 

Once you have obtained the mark pass in the exam the Certificate is automatically issued to you, you can still put it on Linkedin from the BTCertiCentre platform.

There is a board that reviews proposals and exams before they are released to the market.

5. What is the validity of certificates?

The validity is 5 years from the date of obtaining it.

6. How long does it take to receive the certificate?

Once you have obtained the mark pass in the exam the Certificate is automatically issued to you, you can still put it on Linkedin from the BTCertiCentre platform.

7. If I lose the certificate file can I order another one?

Yes, you can order another file with your certificate. For that, ask for assistance at Contact Us.

8. How can I prepare for the exam?

There is an exam preparation guide that you can download and has all the information required for your preparation. 

Elementary level exams have no requirement for training.  Soon, some Accredited Centers will be able to offer training to prepare for the exam.

9. How many questions are the exams?

The exam consists of 40 questions of multiple choice and false and true. The exam duration is 60 minutes.

10. What are my rights in relation to my personal data?

BTCertiCentre adopts data privacy practices under Canadian law. If you want more information please contact us.

11. If I don’t reach the pass mark, am I entitled to take another exam free of charge?

Yes. You can take another exam within 6 months of the first attempt.

In case you are not successful you can apply again at any time.

12. Do I get a badge?

Yes, you can use this seal at any time for professional and personal purposes.

13. Does my employer, partners and customers have the means to authenticate my certificate?

Yes, they have the means to authenticate the certificate through a search from the BTCertiCentre website itself under the option Certificate Validation.

14. If I have connection problems or cannot access the exam site due to technical problems, how do I resolve it?

You should request support from the BTCertiCentre website at Contac Us explaining the incident that we will resolve as soon as possible.
